Was your item not as described? I’m puzzled. This was brand new in the package.

annemarietm Hi there. You purchased rose oil from me that I shipped out and it was returned today as insufficient address. I think I see the problem...the address on the shipping label doesn't have your name only your street address on 214 NE Terr Miami. Please let me know your full name and if that isn't the correct address and I will get this shipped out again tomorrow!!!

Your street address was listed three times and I think that’s what messed up the post office.
