lookshelf @jaglag I was unable to reach you through the case because it was closed. I'm really glad they approved it and I apologize for the inconvenience of having to return it. I also am mortified to learn of the shipping mistake on the other item. I must have mislabeled it, and the buyer is still waiting. This is not typical of my usual customer service at all! I am wondering if I sent you the correct label if you would be willing to put that bag back in the mail. I know this is a lot to ask.

treasuredsoul @jaglag Hi Leigh-I am thrilled you were able to purchase this unique Dooney at such a wonderful price! It’s unique because although it’s a best seller for them and is available in many, many colors, this is not one of the usual standard ones. In fact, I haven’t really seen it anywhere else. treasuredsoul @jaglag I know, right, me neither! 😜 It’s a cross between a grey and a brown (really really close to taupe) but has just a hint more grey...at least to my eyes 👀. And, as if it would lend any more credence, I’m a colorist for a living, so I really should know my colors. That’s not to say I really do...but you’d think it would be true, Lol.

If you could do me one last favor...sellers are not paid until their item has been reviewed by the seller, the seller hits the ‘acceptance’ button on the item under their list of purchases, a rating is given to the seller (1-5 stars) and comments are made.

And each new buyer has the opportunity to read all the ratings & comments before even dealing with a seller. treasuredsoul @jaglag Btw, What did you think of the mushroom color now that you have seen it in person? Is it what you imagined? I realized that in my comments one time I said it had more grey, & another time more brown. What do you think? Perhaps it depends on the light? Interested in your thoughts if you have the time...
