fabfashionsf Hello. Please cancel order. Uniqlo pleated skirt is a Small waist 26-27. I listed it as 12 because there's a 12 on tag. Measurements are correct lay flat approx waist 12 Length 17. Today before wrapping I saw the tag that also says Small waist 26-27. This is definitely a Small. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks.
