hi there! question! you bought the gingerbread cookie palette from torihaave. I was wondering if she ever shipped your item? because I bought a bag from her and she was supposed to ship it out a few days ago and nothing has been updated. she's also not answering me back. did you have a problem with her, or did she eventually ship your item?

@lillyamy_ hi, I called the post office today to try and see if they have been able to track my package and they told me they think it may have gotten lost. That they never scanned it so they don't know where it is. I'm lost and confused as what to do.
