Hi this is Bailey. You bought my dress on the other app and it says it has been delivered. I have messaged you several times on the app and you have not responded or rated me. The app will not give me the money until you rate me. If you could please rate me that would be very helpful. It is not fair or right that you have my dress and I get no payment out of it.
