jojo55025 I guess I tagged the wrong person @leighannruopp but they are trying to send my package back to you and my package is at this post office and I can pick it up in the AM. can you please tell them NOT to send it all the way back there. I have already paid for this and waited the max amount of days.

emmajane20 Hi Leighann, I received the sweater I purchased from you and unfortunately the Zipper is compromised so I'm unable to zip it down, making it quite nonfunctional because I was hoping to wear it to work, zipped down. :( I don't know what my options are when it comes to a situation like this, but perhaps you have another sweater that is similar? Thank you very much!

leighannruopp @emmajane20 I am not sure what you mean by compromised. In the picture the zipper does not appear compromised, or bent. I washed this garment unzipped just prior to the picture and then zipped it up for the picture. Was the packaging damaged when it was delivered?

emmajane20 @leighannruopp it’s just as if the zipper is bent so when unzipping down and up it will jam up. I was able to get it to zip up and down, though, & although it might catch a little bit, I guess it’s not a big deal.
