sugarsales Hello @farivar_l I'm so sorry to hear that you're order wasn't delivered, I shipped this order and it was supposed to arrive? victoriahilda Hi @farivar_l I am sorry to hear that you did not receive either of the packages you ordered. I just double checked the tracking and both items were delivered to the address on your shipping label (on Thursday 1/12 9:39a & 9:41a). The clutch was delivered and left in your mailbox, while the purse was delivered and left at your front door. Maybe you could check to see if the package was left at a neighbors house accidentally as I have seen that happen from time to time.

The reason I’m sending u a message is due to it being New Year’s Eve and tmrw there is no mail that goes out.. the St. John blouse will be shipped out on Monday. Due to it being Saturday tmrw and then on Sunday no mail goes out again.. I unfortunately am not able to ship any sooner. I always ship within 24 hrs of purchase but can’t due to the holiday and weekend.
