rubystacy Hi I believe you bought a charm from me I’m Ruby. I noticed before shipping there was a scratch around the charm and I don’t feel comfortable shipping it. When I don’t ship they will as you do you want to cancel just say yes and they will refund your money. I am so sorry I don’t like how it looks and won’t send something I don’t feel comfortable with.
