Hi Leisa! I regret to inform you that I just discovered a huge mistake with my listing of the Athleta shorts I just sold you! They are actually size XXS, NOT XS as described. Unfortunately, I did not catch this mistake until I pulled the shorts back out of the drawer to package up for you this morning.

(Cont.) I usually wear a size XS in Athleta bottoms, so I made a wrong assumption on this particular pair when creating the listing. I sincerely apologize and am more than happy to cancel the order so that you are not charged for them. However, I just tried the shorts on for reference, and I will say they fit nearly the same as my other XS shorts by Athleta.

(Cont.) I am honestly unable to tell the difference between the 2 sizes for comparison - they are semi-fitted, but have plenty of room to breathe and move in. If you would like to still proceed with the order, please let me know and I will go ahead and stick them in the mail for you first thing tomorrow. Again, I am SO SORRY about this oversight and feel terribly for misleading you in any way! I hope you are able to still consider them for your closet. Respectfully, Boyd

@bmalph15 I compared them to the same style I have now in a XS and there is a huge difference! I truly believed you when you said you could not tell a difference so I figured I would go through with the transaction. I did take a couple of pictures to show the difference between the XS and the XXS you sold me but I cannot figure out how to share the photos with you?

@lbaartman I understand and again, apologize greatly for this mistake. I just reached out to Poshmark Support in hopes of transferring a credit from my account to yours if allowed. Perhaps they can facilitate this. If not, I encourage you to re-list the item and try to sell the shorts to another buyer. Hope to find a resolution for you soon!

@lbaartman Good Morning! I just heard back from the Poshmark Community Team and they are unfortunately unable to issue a credit or refund.
“As much as we would love to assist you with this, we apologize that once the sale is shipped, it cannot be reversed for a return or refund from the seller's end.”
At this point, you may have better luck re-listing the shorts and hopefully recouping (or even making a profit!) your money.
