mischka83 Hi Leisa, please tell me you did not purchase the Painted LV Alma. These bags that are painted scratch and nick easy. The paint will start to flake and peel away. This painting began with people buying super fakes on the internet from Japan. And once it caught on, it started to happen to vintage LV's. Once painted, you can't even bring it to an LV store for repairs as they are not recognized as authentic. I'm sorry if I offended you in any way.

pinkyt67 @mischka83 no I didn’t I can’t imagine paint not cracking on something that gets flexed continuously. Dying leather is a different story. After looking at that purse more, I realized it made it look cheap & the nuances of natural patina are what makes the brand what it is :) Thank you for looking out for me!

mischka83 @pinkyt67 Not a problem! Posh sends me listings that other Poshers have reported and they ask for me (and others) to review it. It's sad how many dishonest people are on Posh and the lenght of which they go to deceive someone. All I can say is do your homework. You can depend on Posh or Ebay to authenticate a bag. Many times they have gotten it wrong. Careful Poshing and be safe out there!😷😷

pinkyt67 @alisakof I’m in Windsor but I’ve bought many things from Toronto Designer Marketplace. Lucky for me all transactions were awesome & items authentic. I think you can get a feel for people by checking their Facebook & so far my instincts have been good. Since your paying by e-transfer you really have to put a lot of faith into it.

mydesignerly @pinkyt67 Hi there - I have never come across a Louis Vuitton replica bag that states that it was made in the United States. LV bags that are made in the US require an extra piece of leather to be stitched onto the interior of the bag. You can see on the interior of our bag that there is the made in US tag attached. pinkyt67 @mydesignerly I actually have, there’s so many in the game now especially since they have made their materials better & have aficionados who spend a lot on their bags. They’re copying stitch patterns & actually making the stamp & date code actually make sense.

lilmeg28 Posh is a small community when it comes to trusted luxury sellers. I would that suggest if you are going to begin selling luxury items that you begin to make friends not the opposite. This is a great place with supportive people, but if you start to act outside of the guidelines which you are doing, you are not going to have the same experience.
