Sorry you felt the packaging on my purse was not up to par but my left hand has 50% loss of use and I have no real ability for my thumb and my second finger so my kids only get One wrapped package at Christmas a year because I have no fine motor skills in those two fingers and I have trigger finger in my left hand that I haven’t yet had surgery on so sorry for the wrapping I’ll try to do better
