@hokees it’s okay I’m so sorry about this. When you do get them it should get you the option to accept the order. When it does just select the drop down and it will guide you through the process of submitting a case. You would select wrong item. Then posh will reach out to me and send you a pre paid label to return the item.

@hokees no the other person has them.I think what Poshmark is doing is waiting for you to receive those shoes. Then they’re going to send you a mailing label and then the other person a mailing label and have y’all swap the order out that’s how it happened with me before when I bought something that got mixed up.

@hokees If you want to when you go to your - purchases. You can click on where it says - problems inquiry- click on that and then submit what’s going on let them know the problem.

@hokees Just submitted another request for them to review this case and get this resolved. It’s simple all they have to do is cancel the order for the Nikes. Then send a label to the person that has your shoes and she can mail them to you. That’s what I’m asking them to do but they haven’t got back to me yet

@hokees Hey I got a message from Poshmark saying that they refunded you and me. Because the shoes were mixed up and the Nikes are considered lost by the Postal Service. So when I get the shoes back as long as she didn’t do anything to them which I hope she didn’t because she was really mad and I don’t trust people.I’m just going to send them through UPS and then send you the tracking number because I just don’t wanna go back through the Postal Service.

The reason I think she did something because in the complaint with receiving the wrong shoes she was complaining about a old complaint about a Gucci bag and was so mad about it.

@hokees The other reason is because I clean the bottom of those shoes with a rag and shoe cleaner because I shipped that’s another Reason I think she did something to them because I look those shoes over several times before I post them or ship them.
