shirlui @lenniess hi, I apologize for you not be happy with the bag. I didn’t hide any information in the description I never said it was “perfect “ I said is in a good used condition and I meant it because the leather has not scratches or rips. The inside is perfect. The wear I explained is in the metal ring. I even post a video to see clearly and closely the bag.

shirlui I put tissue paper to protect the bag. I included a thank you card as well. I feel that 3 stars is a little unfair but if that is your decision I respect that.

lenniess @shirlui I saw the video but somehow it didn’t show the discoloration of the suede on the front and back from wear. There was one piece of tissue paper but it was unsecured so the bag had been beaten around in the box during shipping. Happy to up it to 4 stars since it’s bothered you, but I’d advise pictures in natural sunlight and packing paper or purse/shoe bags for use in the future to avoid anything being unclear and further wear in the process of shipping.
