curtisstein1 @vanillaland I created a case for your package. All you need to do is call them or continue to tract it. Your tracking number is the case number. Apparently there is a shortage of workers due to Covid and more packages due to the holidays. They are looking into it, I’ll let you know as soon as they contact me.
