joannaeva @leoguerrero1214 that’s weird. You can’t get a refund unless the item has been returned it’s stated in Poshmarks policy.

leoguerrero1214 @joannaeva I don’t know. I’ve already received the refund however. I received a notification saying the purchase was cancelled and that the refund was in progress. I already received it. I think when a sale is cancelled there’s no return. Just a refund. I never got a return shipping label. The purchase was cancelled

joannaeva @leoguerrero1214 you don’t get to keep an item and ask for a refund. The order wasn’t cancelled, you received it. Which means it needs to be returned.

joannaeva @leoguerrero1214 If Poshmark verifies your return claim, they'll send you a shipping label you can use to return the item to the seller, and refund your money. Returns must be shipped back to the seller within five days in order to be eligible for a refund.

leoguerrero1214 @joannaeva Yes, that’s normally how it works. That’s why I asked for a refund so I can return it back to you. However I never got a return label. Poshmark never sent me a return label. The only thing they told me was that the order was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. That’s the last thing I received. I don’t insist on keeping the item, I just never received a shipping label to return it back to you, nor did I hear anything from you.

leoguerrero1214 So thats why I haven’t sent it back to you. I wasn’t sure whether I had to return it or not because Poshmark never sent me a label nor did they send me the email saying “return your item.” I’m more than willing to send it back, I’m just confused as to what the final resolution was. Poshmark marked the purchase as cancelled and that was the last they sent me.
