I'm sorry you were not satisfied with your purchase. Every item is washed and inspected before listing. I attempt to describe fully every item, but I also provide many photos so you can view for yourself. I would have appreciated you messaging any complaint...I want customers to be satisfied with their purchase and would rather have taken back an item, than to have an unfair and inaccurate rating left.
