Leonarda you currently purchased an American Eagle purchase from my closet. I had 2 orders to go out that day and accidentally shipped the wrong item. @aneri97 I have no idea. I thought Puerto Rico was a US possession hence you don't even need a passport. I just used the plain ordinary loose mailing label. Our tax dollars support that country

@aneri97 screwed up third world country. Perhaps take it to your post office tell them what happened. Could have been whoever was working didn't know the regulations. I had no declarations to fill out.
