gbruschetta @prsbo the shoes are new. They have been tried on, like they would be in an actual Ferragamo Store, but they are in perfect condition. Poshmark would not have sent them to you if that were not the case. As for the box, I apologize that it’s not in better shape, but I purchased this and reposhed it, that is the box it came with.

This defect was hidden when boots were listed and delivered. I want to return them and will contact poshmark for help. I made pictures of defect. Maybe it happened when pulls were detached, not sure
