leronmcclain @fashioncloset i dont know if they contacted you but the insole in the left shoe is not there but the other is. I take the left one out all the time when i wear them to give my pinky toe room to breath. I play ball and feet are bad. So for extra room i take them out and i couldn't find it. The shoes are in great condition nothing else is wrong with them. Hope that doesn't hurt the order. They approved the other pair. The blue spiked ones just 1 insole missing on nlack ones
