I’m sorry you are disappointed with your purchase. The bracelet I sold you is literally the bracelet that’s photographed. So I’m dumbfounded that there is a stone missing but I believe you. Again, I apologize for the delay in getting your item out. My son was in a motor vehicle accident which totaled his car. That was my problem and I didn’t want to list it because it’s still unacceptable. I did send some extra items as a token of appreciation for your patience.

Lastly, you’re not responsible for supporting my dogs. It costs $150-200 more every month for a dog with hip dysplasia. I do this to use my proceeds to help a dog with this disabling condition. You paid for your item. I was simply just letting you know where the proceeds are going and to let you know how much it’s appreciated. If you’re unhappy, please know that you can return it and I will make sure you are refunded. Again, I apologize if this was not a positive transaction for you.
