The address listed on the shipping label is the one provided by Poshmark - does your address appear to be correct? I might suggest contacting your post office to see if they are holding it for you.

@fitnessfashion8 thank you for your suggestions and post office said they have no idea what happened to it so Poshmark just refunded me. We assume post office lost it completely!!!

@llewenec Wow I’m so sorry that happened. Glad to hear Poshmark refunded you - I would have asked them to as well.
Unfortunately a 1-star rating really hurts my record on here especially since I’m just starting out. I shipped same day and did everything a responsible seller could. Would you consider adjusting your rating?
