chloeandsam @jgreenec Hi JC. Thank you for your offer. That’s so kind. Since you asked, I do need help. I have a buyer who had two items in her bundle then I sent her an offer. A little while later she added an additional item and looking at the Support Center, it says to cancel the offer and start over but I can’t find the way to do that. I think I’ve tried just about everything. Do you know how to make the new offer in an instance like this. Any help you could give would be invaluable! Thank you!
