leighdfw Hi Lesleigh. I’ve messaged posh support & asked that they refund your money. The return message said that it typically takes less than 24 hours for them respond. But they also said if it’s over the weekend, it could take longer. I communicated that you do not need to return the sweater as I believe what you’re saying about the sweater given it had wool in it. I’ll keep you updated as soon as I hear from them. Again. I am so sorry this happened & appreciate you understanding.
