jenniferjune1 Thank you for your order. I'm sorry - I just saw your question. It does have some stretch but not much (it's double cotton to prevent show through). The easiest way to get the dress on is to have your little girl put her arms in the air and then pull it over (my daughter fit tests all our designs - we learned this the hard way. Lol). I've included a brand new crystal belt with the dress to make up for my delayed reply. I will ship tomorrow! I hope you love it! :)
