lindachris @lesleyrosales Good morning. I just wanted to let you know I brought your package to the post office yesterday, early afternoon. I received the tracking information last night. The expected delivery date is Friday, December 14. I am surprised as all my packages are usually delivered in 2 or 3 days. I apologize for this inconvenience. I have been trying to call them all morning to inquire why this would take so long. No luck getting through on the phone. 🤷‍♀️

lindachris @lesleyrosales Hello. I was wondering if you received your package today? I didn’t receive a notification but I was hoping it was delivered. I was on the phone with the post office yesterday about the delay. They are trying to tell me it has to do with weather on the route. I am so sorry and I sincerely apologize. However, I have no control over this. I brought it to the post office Monday morning. Please let me know when you receive it. Thank you. 🤷‍♀️

lindachris @lesleyrosales I have been very upset since the first notification. I could not understand why if shipped on Monday, delivery date would be Friday. Never had a package take that long. It usually takes 2-3 days. There was a snow storm once. Was revived on the fourth day. I am even more upset because they said Friday. That is today. Again, I am so sorry this has happened. ⤵️

lindachris @lesleyrosales Good afternoon. When I tell you I have been on the phone with the post office since 8:30am this morning, I am not even exaggerating. I finally just spoke to someone that claims there was a mixup in the distribution in the Texas post offices. I still don’t understand what they’re talking about. He did tell me that it is out for delivery today. Of course, again, I apologize for the inconvenience and the delay. 🤷‍♀️

lindachris @lesleyrosales I spoke to several people today and still never got an answer as to why this shipment was delayed. I plan on going to my post office on Monday and try and get you a refund on your shipping charge. It is unacceptable to me how long it took. I still do not know the reason. I will try my best because you definitely deserve a refund for that unacceptable shipping nightmare. I will let you know what happens after I go there in person on Monday. 😊

They explained to me that 2-3 day shipping is never a guarantee. I argued with them but got no where. I am so sorry it took so long. If you ever purchase from me again, please remind me and I will be sure to give you an extra discount for the inconvenience. 😊
