badassbritches I'm so sorry the boots had a broken zipper, I did not evade showing this in photos because I had no clue the zipper was broke, I actually tried them on prior to shipping them and the zipper was fine at that time. I'm pretty fat now, and my fat leg must have broke the zipper unknowingly. I requested they refund you right away, please return the item. My apologies, again!
