poshfavs I am so so sorry the shoes are late. I live in an area evacuated from the fires. The UPS store was evacuated as well and the package wasn’t scanned in. I have retrieved it and will send it from somewhere else today. It’s never taken me more than a day to ship before and I feel terrible. I am still not home but will send it from our hotel. Thank you for your purchase, and I hope you love the shoes.

effortlessgrace Hi Lesley, Thank you for your offer. I just sent it to a friend's last night who knows a great seamstress. I was going to fix the button and possibly replace the shoulder pads or secure them in better. I put a safety pin on one just in case it tried to move around. I planned on relisting it at a higher price in better condition. Would you like me to get the work done? I'll be increasing the price based on how much that costs. If not, I am happy to get it back for you and send it out

lesleyapevans Sorry, just thinking about it. My seamstress here in Boston is rather expensive. For example she usually charges around $160.00 to take in a dress. Do you think your seamstress is expensive?

effortlessgrace @lesleyapevans I don't know why I'm not getting alerts. I just came back into follow up & am seeing your message for the 1st time. So sorry. It definitely won't be that much. The shoulder pads r already in there, but w/ it being vintage I think it'd be good to secure them in better. The seamstress is far so I had someone take it that can get it to them on Tues. I wouldn't spend more than 80ish, but I'm happy to get it back if you'd prefer to wait. I just know they r good & reasonable. :)
