bekayoung @leslimartinez @leslieThis is a very first frustrating process I’ve ever experienced sending the package through posh using USPS. I’m trying to resolve the problem asap and I’m very sorry for the delay and frustration. I already sent the Post office 2 requests since they don’t have any customer service provided through phone anymore. I hope they will be able to locate the veil soon. I’m sorry for all the problems that might’ve caused you. Thank you for being understanding.
