@alohara Once I have made the purchase and the transaction is complete, you cannot retract the sale without going through Poshmark returns. Please let me know how you are going to handle this.

@lcrouse8 Well the money isn't going anywhere so u don't have to worry! i don't have a credit card set on poshmark and i don't have a credit card anyway! i am sorry for the confusion but i have never used poshmark before and i didn't know you can't delete the sale!

@alohara Why would I do that? You have to go through the proper channels in order to retract the sell. I have already reached out to Poshmark and will wait for direction from them. Just a recommendation moving forward......be 100% certain you are comfortable with the selling price before you accept the offer, otherwise you will continue to upset potential buyers for your closet (over $2).

@lcrouse8 Yes again i am really sorry! I am a high schooler and do not have my own credit card! I looked it up online and it says after 7 days of the purchase you can cancel!

If your order has not been shipped after 7 days from the time it was purchased, you will be able to cancel the order for a full refund. Please note that we are unable to cancel orders before 7 full days from the time of purchase.
To cancel an order, please go to the order screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting Order Delayed and a full refund will be issued to you.
