clj99 Hi Leslie I wanted to give you an update on your sunset salutation crops you purchased. I am very hands-on making sure that the package gets to the intended buyer. Your package was picked up & shipped out today with several other packages and I'm just noticing that yours says pending UPS scan when the others say shipped.

clj99 My point in telling you this just wanted to make sure you know that I did ship it out and it's not completely out of the ordinary for the Postal Service in my area to make oversights oversights and just not update things as they should. Which is very annoying and frustrating. I just want you know I'll be watching for your package to update and if all is well and I'm sure that it is your package should make it to you within 1 to 2 days.

philen33 Good evening I purchased the Jon Renau topper. It looked great thought what an awesome buy!! I don’t understand why you would not list that the wig literally was burnt and fried beyond belief under the first layer?? We try to buy -believing the description is honest and truthful! I’m not sure WHY you would do that to someone then charge $75 plus tax and shipping total $86???

littleff1 @philen33 Lennie I am very sorry and not sure what you are talking about. I never straightened or even blew dry that wig....because I didn’t have to. I only washed and conditioned it and wore it when I had straight hair. I am at a loss for how it got burned as I am the only owner that I am aware of. I bought it from a wig shop. Can you post a pic or 2 of what you are seeing?

littleff1 It would help me want to help you if you could dial back all the crazy commentary before I even get a chance to observe and handle the situation. I did not intentionally try to sell you a flawed item, I have been the recipient of a few of those myself and when not noticed early enough you are stuck with them. So I would not pass that on to another.
