melinda2931 @violetcakes Yes, It is. My son lives 1 hour south from us and they are at a -62 with the wind chill. The news did an experiment and a shirt and hung it up outside and it took 1 minute and 48 seconds to freeze completely. People here have been freezing clothes and making frozen mannequins in thier yards. It looks funny. Thank you for understanding.
