cynthiaac Hi Leslie! Just writing to tell you about the princess dress you purchased from me. I had to fold the breast/arm portion of the neckpiece to fit in the package. Unfold it. Place the neckpiece on the shoulders behind the neck. The long “legs” should come down in the front near the armpits. Then the ties go behind the back. Let Me know if you need help. It is a really cute “Beauty and the Beast” costume.
