@jessvess9 was it a red kids dress with stars? I sent two packages out that day - I must have mixed the two packages up!! I had someone send me the wrong package once and she contacted posh and they emailed the buyer (me) w new label and had me ship to he persons it was supposed to go to and they got my label and shipped me mine. Let me contact Post a minute and find out!!

@jessvess9 just go ahead and package it back up and posh should send you the label to get it to the right buyer. I just got an email from them and they said they’ll respond within 24 hrs ( thigh may be delayed bc if the holiday)

I finally received my USPS damage/loss settlement today; nearly 6-months after my original order. Countless calls and follow-ups that amounted to hours of my time… all because you tried to cut corners and ship my package in a box that a USPS employee even told you outright was the incorrect box and refused to accept the shipment. I hope this experience has been an educational one and you have learned to treat your future customers with greater care and respect.
