thegoddessfinds @southwest_sara hi, so it was just brought to my attention that there's a problem with the shipment. I had two bundles and I sent them both to you under the same tracking. The first package is for another buyer, the second is yours but because both have the same tracking number I'm having to open an investigation with usps to have them stop shipment so I can get you the correct package. I am so sorry about this and am working closely with usps to get this fixed. I will keep you updated.

thegoddessfinds @southwest_sara yes, the first one I sent the one that's showing tracking and shows will be delivered to you tomorrow is actually the wrong items. I was able to put a stop shipment on this one but the second order which does have your items in it have not been scanned in because the tracking is identical.

thegoddessfinds @southwest_sara cont'd - Usps just informed me that you may still get the second package which will be great because that's the one you should be receiving, please inform me if it arrives and I'll keep you updated on my end also once I hear back from usps, I've also bought this to Poshmark's attention. I am sooo sorry for this huge mixup!

thegoddessfinds @southwest_sara ok so I just received an update! I didn't print the label twice after all, I just accidentally switched the labels. I was able to successfully place stop shipments on both packages and both are being returned back to me. Once I get them I will request new shipping labels from posh and re-ship your order. I am deeply sorry about this, and i am working extremely hard to right this wrong. Also I will be more than happy to honor a discount for you on any future purchase.

thegoddessfinds @melissacj27 Hi, sorry to inform you there have been a mixup in shipping your items. I accidentally mixed up your label with another buyers, see above comment. I am so sorry for the mix up! I was able to successfully stop shipment, I'm having both packages shipped back to me. Once I receive I will request another label from posh so that I can ship the right package to you. Again sorry for the mix up, I will be more than happy to honor a discount on any future purchase.
