babyjady12 @lobsterknife I have been trying to get an answer on the Columbia raincoat and what needs to be done for a refund, but keep receiving the same response. I do not see anything in tracking for the package return yet. I would recommend pursuing the refund since you did not receive the package. If the package makes it back to me and you still want the jacket, we can take it from there. I just want to make sure you are refunded whether I get it back or not. I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

babyjady12 @lobsterknife Hi there! According to Poshmark Support, you should be receiving a refund. I am sure you already knew that, but I just wanted to make sure. The package has not made it back to me yet, but hopefully, it will randomly show up someday. I'm so sorry about the mix-up.
