Just because they’re following you doesn’t mean they have seen your entire closet 😮. And when you share other Poshers items they typically share your items to their thousands of followers. And sharing back is good Posh etiquette. 😊

susan_callen I’m not sure this is how to reach you .my vince Camuto blue sweater arrived today nicely and quickly in size M. It was correctly listed as M, but the photo showed the tag as Small. So I thought I’d give it a try . . Anyway the M is way too big. Can you get a small? Can I return this. ? i’m in louisville, Kentucky .. won’t let me give email contact. So how can you answer me . ? Maybe you can figure it out from where you mailed it. .

trinityfire99 @susan_callen I had several of these sweaters available and used the same pic for all the listings. I'm sorry that was confusing. I no longer have the blue one in small, but I do have other colors Only Poshmark can approve returns. Go into your order to create a claim. Explain the confusion on sizing in the claim for Poshmark to review. They usually make decisions very quickly. I will comment back on your claim that I have no objection to the return to assist in their decision

trinityfire99 @susan_callen sounds good, but just know that your order will "complete" on the third day after delivery. at that point, you won't have the option to put in a claim/return. so, if you want to do that.... you may want to try and see the seamstress early on Monday so you still have time to put in a claim if she can't make your alterations ❤️
