Hey Leslie, I’m Serena, and I wanted to thank you for liking my shoes. I think they’re adorable, and when I saw them in the store, I snatched them up. Didn’t even try them on. So, when I got home and realized that I bought a size 6, I was so upset. I wear a size 9. I had looked at the tag upside down!! 😂😂

@ldevis24 Oh girl, I feel your pain. I'm 48, and have Hallux Rigidus in both feet. I have started getting custom made shoes, and they aren't all that stylish!! 😂 😩

@serenaprince375 hello! ReceiveD my order and thank you so much for the gift! I loved it! Unfortunately upon trying on the shoes they were very large :/ turns out the are actually a size 9. Perhaps their 9 runs small which is why the didn’t fit u originally. But i am a true 6 so I couldn’t even double sock :( i tried a couple friends to see if anyone wore a size 9 that they would want to purchase off of me but if no one comes thru, how do u handle returns?

If there’s anything else in my closet that you’re interested in, I’ll ship it at no cost to you. As far as returning the shoes, I don’t want you to be inconvenienced any more than you already have.
