jacaranda1831 @leslieb7 Quite unusual. If the seller is away [vacation, whatever] they are suppose to communicate that to you. I had some sales just before Harvey flooded Houston, first thing I did was to contact the buyers. USPS was closed for a week, employees could not get in. Most ship within a couple of days. The package is being shipped 2-3 day priority, why would one want to sit on it a week. Check your email for updates.

jacaranda1831 @leslieb7 If it has been past 7 days, go to Order Screen, Problems/Order Inquiry, and cancel order, reason- order delayed. Is the seller new or a veteran posher? A newby may not have the sense of urgency as a veteran posher. Don't laugh, we try for same day shipping. I have also seen cases when the veteran posher can't find the item. Don't worry. PM will support you and funds refunded.
