chloemills13 Hi, I'm so sorry about your order. I just started putting a disclaimer in my posts about not being able to guarantee if items are from smoke or pet free environments because I purchase storage auctions. Your item must of got shipped before being washed and im so very sorry for that. I don't know if there's a way to request a refund but if they don't clean up nicely after being washed I'd be more then willing to refund and return the item. Let me know please. Chloe
