theashleyedit @leslierz93 Hi Leslie! I wanted to reach out and apologize for the poor poster packaging. I really appreciate the feedback you provided. The USPS poster box seemed super sturdy upon shipping it out so I was certain it would arrive safely. That was the first poster I shipped, so now I know I need to invest in some harder poster tubes also. Sorry for the bad experience. ❤️ I will do better next time with any posters.

I have not had this happen before but I looked into it and if you get ahold of customer service and file a claim and show evidence that it is broken I think they can issue a refund. I looked it up under the FAQ section.
