heatherbulkin I purchased a Yeti bottle from you and it leaks. Are the ones you are selling reproductions? I own about 20 authentic Yeti items and I’ve never ever had a problem with any of my items - this is the first time I’ve had something that is defective. Can I send back to you for a refund? I’m happy to send pics or a video to show you that it leaks. Please let me know if you will allow me to return. Thank you.

heatherbulkin @lesliethomas172 Leslie, thank you for the quick response! I just called my local Yeti store in Ft Lauderdale and they confirmed the water bottle should NOT leak. They can not process an exchange for me because I didn’t purchase from an authorized dealer. Since you have another the same color can I at least exchange for it? Seems kind of crappy that I’m out $50 for something that is defective. I will contact Posh to see if they can help. Thanks.

lesliethomas172 @heatherbulkin Heather I just wanted to make sure you know there are two parts to the top. The chug cap that screws into the bottle itself and the the cap that goes over the chug lid. I’m only asking because this is a newer feature of yeti and I was used to having one lid on a yeti bottle. I’ve only heard of them leaking if they are damaged around the lid. I just want to make sure before we go through a return process.

heatherbulkin @lesliethomas172 hey Leslie, I have to Apologize to you for being so quick to jump to conclusions about the lid!!!! My hubby took a look and somehow he was magically able to get the lid to stop leaking…. Magically…. 😬. I had ice in the bottle and he took two pieces out and it was like magic - the lid sealed tightly just as it should and no more leaking! I am truly very sorry to be so quick with assumptions, that was very bad of me!
