spreadjoy247 Leslie, upon leaving the Post Office (after mailing your package) I discovered the package contains the wrong dress. PoshMark has been notified and it is my understanding they will send labels for you to return the wrong item to me, as well as a new label for me to re-send you the correct dress. Please accept my apology.

spreadjoy247 Leslie, since that wrong dress is due for delivery today (Mon. 7-26-21), I am concerned Poshmark Support Staff has not responded to report of “Shipment Error”. Of course, I don’t expect you to accept it. In fact, you don’t even have to open the package. Let’s just wait for PM’s return/exchange labels. Thanks for your patience & understanding. One way or another, I will get you the correct dress, even if I pay separate postage.

spreadjoy247 Although you have never replied to my previous messages, nor my apology, I did receive return of the wrong dress today. I am glad PM at least provided you the shipping label. Since, they too, have not responded to any of my messages about this problem, I am in the dark about their “Process”. Am I to assume that, after all this you have lost interest in the original dress?
