chaoscandy @mrsnagy Ok well here are some options. You can cancel both orders, it takes at least 3 business days for the refund. If you bundle one, which you did, I can add the other in for you.

chaoscandy The only other thing I could do, is give you something else to bundle with the two earrings to compensate, you can screenshot for your records (i do this with all). Let me know if either of those would help.

chaoscandy @mrsnagy Yes, they were shipped new years eve before 5pm. Unfortunately, mail does not move on new years eve or new years day - I've learned. So today you should see a 'your packaage has shipped' (twice) since I had to send two packages, since they were two seperate orders. 5:30PM is usually when this pops up, but it can come up anytime today after 5pm.

chaoscandy I am not sure if your package was 2 or 3 day priority - could look it up if you want. The lastest you should receive your packages is Monday, but more likely Saturday. When you receive your packages, since you told me you are new, you have to confirm you received them (after you've opened them and are satisfied with what you've received). If you are not satisfied, I can tell you more about your options (if you buy with others as well). Let me know if I can help in any way. - CC

chaoscandy @mrsnagy I have canceled one of the orders to refund you - for waiting 4 days. If the other package does not say 'shipped' today by 6pm I am going to refund the other. This is not normal and has never happened to me before. I will keep you updated, either way. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience, I am in contact with two other customers and need to reach out to two others. If the packages are back up, people still should not wait 5 days for a priority item to ship.
