The gym I trained in was full of World and State Champions, University of Texas Athletes, professional Wrestlers, etc. one of the girls always held titles in Snatch. Maybe make sure she knows the muscles etc that are the most important in rowing. My niece competed in rowing in college.

andyncleo I've never opened it. I have sensitive hearing, and it's not pillow stuffing, it makes a sound when you squeeze it. how old is your grandchild
