teazola Good morning Thank you for the rating If you were unhappy with the necklace you could have opened a case and returned it. Also if you’re upset about the long shipping time you ordered it on Labor Day weekend. The Post Office does not run on holidays. Also I live in the Denver area sometimes it takes a day or 2 to start tracking because of volume of packages that are processed. All you had to do is reach out to me and I would have done whatever I could to rectify whatever the issue was.
