purplemoon410 @studio_62 hi there!! Did you know Poshmark not only can handle the return labels but they offer protection if you do not receive you our item back? . You just contact Poshmark support on the order page. On the actual order there’s an option to make a case. And message the buyer privately also calling on Poshmark support to refund you if the buyer did not return. Everything is supported by Poshmark so it makes that 20% we give to them well worth being an independent seller here online.
