It will take a few days but we already opened up a case on his Sweats and alerted posh immediately! I’m so sorry! lesterlivengood @justinstyleco so I’m new to this so I hold on to the pants till a new label comes in the mail? And then send it to him and he will send mine or hows it gonna go down because I’m very new to this and I don’t have a clue what to do could you walk me trough it

justinstyleco @lesterlivengood so I just opened up the case. On both parties. What will happen is posh will get the email and send me a response within 48 hours. They will then honor the exchange email you both labels and you just drop the sweats in the box exactly how you got them and send it right to the post office completely free with the new label on it. Just make sure you go to post office and take box up good. That’s it. I’ll keep you posted also 🙏🏼I’m so sorry again but it will get handled FOR SURE
