Hi Letha, Thank you for your purchase. I noticed you opened a case on the BCBG shoes I shipped you. The shoes are brand new & in excellent condition. Can you please tell me why you opened a case? Kind Regards

@ln4stylez yes ma'am. I thought the message I sent was sent to you. Here is what I sent: Hi there. In your posting the new BCBG heels were described as having a 3.5 inch heel height, but actually have a bit over a 4.5 inch heel height. As pictured, I have an injury to my ankle that allows me to now wear heels, but only to certain heights (3 to 3.5 inches) based on shoe design.

@ln4stylez I am not able to wear the heels I purchased new from you, so I would like to return them due to the description error. They are gorgeous heels and in great condition. The problem is that it will be a few years before I am able to wear heels that high without risk of severing my tendon, falling, or injuring myself in some way.

@high5ive Hi, the description of the BCBG shoes is correct. There is not an error in the description of the heel height. The heel height is 3.5". I am very sorry your not able to wear the shoes. You can always reposh the shoes. Kind Regards💕

Hi, My name is Anthony and I just wanted to stop by and say hi. Also, I would like to invite you to my closet which is made up of fashion items made in Africa. The outfits are sown by local Artisans in Africa and portions of the proceeds are donated to African charities that focus on disadvantaged children in Africa. Take a look at my closet and let me know if you have any questions or interests. Also, have fun Poshing!!!
