popstar95739 You have to press problems inquiry and notify Poshmark. Then press the reason. The entry will instruct me. About two weeks ago, the same thing happened to me. Poshmark researched the matter and I used the tracking number to research the matter. My shoes turned up three days later. I hope it works out for you. let me know. Thanks.

popstar95739 In one screen, it shows earning as $19.20. It also shows delivered. Are they going to give you your money back? I do not have another pair just like that, but I do have some beautiful gold sandals that have a little higher heel. I will give them for your troubles, if you can get Poshmark to send me a label. I brought them from Saks. This will be in addition to getting your money back. I think priority has up to fifty dollar insurance. The value of your shoes was over that amount.

The post office contacted me this morning saying that it was delivered to my address....obviously that was said from the beginning but nothing was in the mailbox. Thanks for the offer but I think that to this point I lost my shoes and money and they will not do anything

popstar95739 I do not think my box would have fit in your mailbox. You have a claim because you paid the priority mailing fee. I am going to take your label to my PO and file a claim. Also go on Poshmark’s CS and go through this transaction so the tracking no will automatically show up in the subject line. Complain to them too. I will send you the other shoes too for GP. I will check with Poshmark about reimbursing you . We both alerted them that you had not received your package.

popstar95739 Sent you another pair of shoes that cost way more than the originals. If you have not already submitted a claim, I am told you must print down your origin mailing confirmation receipt from your emails and use that to file a claim on line with with usps.com. Wishing you success in your efforts.

Post office kept stating that the shoes were delivered to my house and they still investigating. At this point I don't think that I will receive anything anymore.

popstar95739 You paid for insurance. The box is insured up to $50. You have to go on line and file a formal claim. You owe it to yourself to do that. I hope the second pair of shoes fit. These costs a s whole lot more. I am sorry the happened to you. Best Wishes.
