sybaritica Apologies, cannot locate the receipt for servicing.(it was billed with my Montblanc pen and pencil set). But in less than a year, it does work perfectly. I think the original Jubilee Bracelet still needs some tightening after 11 months. Keep it for 3 days (Poshmark standards) and you may return if unsatisfied.
